How we look after your details. Your details — name, dietary requirements and access needs — are collected by MyShout (the data controller) only to arrange your matchday hospitality and catering, on the basis of your consent. They're held securely in MyShout's own database, never sold or shared beyond what's needed to host your visit, and kept only for the current season. You can change, remove, or ask what we hold at any time — just contact your MyShout host at charlie@my-shout.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO.
